There is one thing we want to do with our wines more than anything else and that is to inspire. We do this by working out the characteristics of each grape variety we cultivate right down to the smallest detail and by emphasising the typicity of their area of origin. With our extensive winegrowing expertise and passion, we cultivate ten typical Alto Adige grape varieties on terraces at challenging altitudes of up to 860 metres above sea level and select only the best hand-picked grapes for the production of our quality wines. The result is well-balanced, fresh mountain wines with a captivating aroma and elegance. Within three quality lines we produce characterful whites, typical varietal reds as well as a sweet dessert wine.

Designation of origin: Alto Adige DOC
Grape variety: Riesling
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by maturation on the fine yeast.
Degustation: Lightly golden yellow, with greenly reflexes; fresh and slightly aromatic, fruity smell like white peach an apricot, decent note of roses and citrus. At the palate dry, fresh, good consistence, juicy and slightly mineral.
Dish ideas: Recommendable to fish, crustacean and sea food, as well as with meat. Ideal to Asiatic meal.
Service temperature: 7 – 9 ° C
