There is one thing we want to do with our wines more than anything else and that is to inspire. We do this by working out the characteristics of each grape variety we cultivate right down to the smallest detail and by emphasising the typicity of their area of origin. With our extensive winegrowing expertise and passion, we cultivate ten typical Alto Adige grape varieties on terraces at challenging altitudes of up to 860 metres above sea level and select only the best hand-picked grapes for the production of our quality wines. The result is well-balanced, fresh mountain wines with a captivating aroma and elegance. Within three quality lines we produce characterful whites, typical varietal reds as well as a sweet dessert wine.

Grape variety: Müller Thurgau
Vinification: The wine undergoes both fermentation and 3 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Degustation: The wine is greenish to straw yellow in color. Its intense, varietal aroma reveals notes of ripe fruit and fine nutmeg spice. It impresses on the palate with its balanced taste and elegant body. The pleasant acidity gives it a very fresh character and makes it easy to drink.
Dish ideas: This wine is an excellent pairing for oysters and other fish dishes.
