  • Vinification:

    Mash fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a long time of contact between mash and wine; storage and ageing in big wooden casks and 5% in Tonneau.

  • Degustation:

    Intense ruby red with purple reflexes. The Kalterersee Puntay impresses with his fruity and intensive bouquet, reminding on forest fruits and ripe cherries. Full body with subdued acidity and pleasant tannins. Harmonious aftertaste.

  • Dish ideas:

    Well suited to Mediterranean dishes e.g. roasted fish.
