Cellar

In the deep cellars, filled with barriques, the South Tyrolean artist Robert Scherer uses his paintbrush to tell his tales in a cycle of representational images. Symbolism and colour draw us into a world between myth and the Bible, between history and the present. These works were created to mark the 100th anniversary of the Erste + Neue.
